Notary Services
When it comes to notarizing your business and personal documents, our Library Director is a certified notary public for use when needing documents witnessed and signed. Some common documents that often require notarization include:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Deeds
- Contracts
- Affidavits
When needing notary service, please call the library at 712-943-7323 to ensure the library director is available and to coordinate a time for notarization. Please note that a notary is not an attorney licensed to practice law in this state and is not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.
Notary service fee is $5.
